Leadership

Our community is guided by two groups of leaders: trustees and shepherds. By asking different people to share the responsibility of leadership, we believe that each person gets to serve in the areas of their unique giftings and that our organization as a whole is benefitted. Trustees

The board of trustees attends to administrative leadership. They handle matters that pertain to the building and property, fiduciary matters of both of church and supporting nonprofits, and legal counsel. They work together to form committees to address finite tasks as well as engage in big picture decision-making.

Shepherds

Our shepherds work with our ministers in matters of pastoral care. This includes checking in with individuals in our community, leading up pastoral care teams, coordinating logistics of care (meal trains, communication, etc.), and partnering with ministers to provide care and consider programming.
