Raised on a farm in rural Missouri, Julie learned early the value of community by watching her parents and grandparents faithfully serve their local church and care for their neighbors.

Julie brings a wealth of experience to her role, having been an active member of Sunset Ridge Church for more than two decades. She raised her two sons within this church family and remains deeply invested in its mission and growth. Her professional journey at Sunset Ridge began as a volunteer, leading to a staff position as Nursery Coordinator, and then 10 years as an Administrative Assistant in the Church Office. She is also a former middle school teacher.

Growth-oriented and passionate about learning, Julie enjoys reading, engaging in deep conversations, and spending time with friends and family. Guided by her profound faith in a God who renews and restores, she is eager to contribute on a team finding ways for the church's spaces to bless the broader community.
