Elizabeth Stephens is the Managing Director at Sunset Ridge Church, where she serves as Integrator, partnering to steward vision, strengthen systems, and cultivate a thriving, Christ-centered, missional community.

With over 15 years of experience scaling mission-driven organizations, Elizabeth is known for transforming complex vision into sustainable systems, building high-performing teams, and creating cultures of clarity and belonging. She previously helped scale a personal branding firm from 0 to 8-figures and founded a pediatric palliative care initiative, in memory of her son, Gus, serving families across South Texas.

Her early ministry roots include serving as Director of Youth and College Ministry at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church, where she grew the program fivefold and led global partnership initiatives in Uganda focused on education and vocational development for women.

Elizabeth holds a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, so she is a systems thinker with a pastor’s heart — known for turning vision into sustainable reality, building cultures of belonging, and leading with both structure and compassion.

Elizabeth lives in the neighborhood with her husband, Scott, and three amazing children- Lucy, Ada, and Briggs.
