Our style of worship is simple, vibrant, meaningful and active. For us, worship is not a performance, but a shared experience. We gather to pray, sing worshipful songs, receive a Christ-centered message, and participate in communion. Worship typically lasts a little over an hour. We invite you to worship with us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM. We hope you will be drawn closer to God through what you experience.
Our worship is unique from many other churches, even distinct from what you may see in many Churches of Christ. Our worship music is beautiful, whether you are actively singing or listening. Since we use only our voices to praise God, the words are clear, distinct and have deep meaning for worship, as worship is something we do together, rather than done for us. We are a gift-inclusive church, meaning leadership in worship is not limited to men or those formally recognized as ministers or elders. You will see both men and women taking an active role using their gifts such as leading singing, reading Scripture, presiding over and serving communion, and participating in prayers. We strive to include all members in our worship in ways that we believe are biblical, orderly and meaningful. We take the Lord's Supper (Communion) every week as a purposeful reminder and celebration of Jesus' sacrifice and love for us. This is a meaningful experience where we both individually and as a group reaffirm the connection we have with God through the death, burial and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. We invite all believers to participate with us. We offer a time of silent prayer and meditation during our services every week. During this time we have trained intercessory prayer teams available to anyone who would like to participate. The prayers are kept confidential and we will pray for anyone or anything.
